Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account and order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, ring size and any engraving text.
  • Messages you send through our contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Bespoke requests, including your design preferences, budget and any inspiration images you upload.
  • Partner program applications, including your social media handle, website and audience details.
  • Your answers to our Find Your Match quiz, reviews you write, and newsletter sign-ups.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you view. This helps us keep the site secure and working properly. Optional analytics are only used with your consent — see our Cookie Policy.

Information from others

  • Payment confirmations from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Delivery updates from our shipping and insurance partners.
  • Your name, email address and profile picture if you choose to sign in with Google.

How we use your information

  • To make, deliver and support your jewelry — processing payments, arranging insured shipping, returns and warranty repairs.
  • To answer your questions and provide client care.
  • To design bespoke pieces and prepare proposals for you.
  • To review partner program applications and manage partnerships.
  • To personalise recommendations, such as the results of our quiz.
  • To send you news and offers — only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To prevent fraud, keep our website secure and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it solely on our instructions:

  • payment processors, to take payments securely;
  • shipping, customs and insurance partners, to deliver and insure your jewelry;
  • cloud hosting, image storage and email providers, to run our website and communicate with you.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.

International transfers

Our workshop is in India and our clients are worldwide, so your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers operate. Wherever it is processed, we take steps — such as contractual safeguards — to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with this policy.

How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require, typically eight years.
  • Enquiries and client care messages: 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Bespoke requests and inspiration images: 24 months after your request closes, unless they form part of an order.
  • Unsuccessful partner applications: 12 months.
  • Quiz answers are kept to improve our recommendations and are not used to identify you unless you are signed in.

Keeping it secure

We protect your information with encryption in transit, restricted access for our team, and hashed passwords for customer accounts. No system is completely secure, but we work continually to safeguard your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach where the law requires.

Your rights

Subject to the laws of your country, you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • ask us to correct or complete it;
  • ask us to delete it, or to restrict how we use it;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or on our website.
